"Platinum, Pearl, Diamond! If you don?t get up soon you will be late!" the three ten, eleven, and twelve year old children didn't want to get up, but knew they had to or they will be late on getting there first pokemon. They crawled out of there beds, changed and went downstairs. ?You?re finally up," there mom said " I have to get to work. So eat your breakfast and head to the next town, Professor Rowan will be waiting in his lab."
"Okay," they said
They finished there breakfast went outside got there bikes and left toward the lab. On there way there it started to rain, then lighting! The lightning flashed, the sky kept growing darker and darker. "We have to hurry!" Platinum shouted over the thunder. Then, suddenly lightning struck a tree, it started fall, they all evaded it, but it hit the ground right behind Pearl's bike, she lost control and fell over hard. Her vision started to blur then went black.
Sapphire had just moved to The Sinnoh Region from Hoen and was excited to see all the new pokemon, but was even more excited to get her first Sinnoh pokemon starter. There had been a storm when she got to Sinnoh, so the ground was wet. She decided that it wasn't safe to ride her bike.
On her way there, she saw a tree blocking the path, she climbed over it and noticed three bikes lying on the ground. Next to one of the bikes, Sapphire noticed, there was a small hint of blackish-red in the grass is this blood? She thought. She started to worry if someone would jump out of a tree and take her away, but she got to the lab safely.
Pearl was awake by the time Sapphire entered the lab, and Rowan had already had three more of the starter pokemon sent to him. The door to the lab opened and Sapphire came in, she was breathing heavily, "what's wrong" Diamond asked.
"I saw three bikes lying in front of a big tree, and next to one, the one that was closest to the tree was blood," Sapphire replied, "I thought that there was some creepy guy hiding in the tree so I ran here."
"Oh, those were our bikes and the one with blood next to it was my sister Pearl's bike, she scrapped her self when she fell, the tree hit right behind her bike," Diamond said
"Oh, okay..." Sapphire replied
"You should get your pokemon now Sapphire," Rowan said
"Okay," she replied, she picked up the pokeballs that were lying on the table and sent out he pokemon inside, they all stared at Sapphire, "I like this one," she said as she picked dup a piplup she sent the pokemon back and set the pokeballs that held cimchar and turtwig back on the table, but kept the pokeball that held piplup.
"You four should travel together," Rowan suggested
"I think that would be fun!" Pearl replied
"You should better get going then," Rowan said
"We?re going," Platinum said, "get your stuff ready."
The four left the building anxious to start there journey!
